villa rental website

hi i am looking for a website with a search box to find the propertys on the site so for example i had 20 propertys to advertise but say 10 were from cyprus and 10 were from spain could you go to the home page and select the country and then the location within that area and maybe how many bedrooms the villa has etc.
Something like http://www.villarenters.com/
has on there homepage.

I havent got any customers property's to rent yet but i would like to include the details for olivetreevilla north cyprus.

Is it possible to create just the search box like i explained above and then would i be able to add it to a site i created by an html box?

Would it be easy to add every new property to the search box?
